Deployed with our partners · Sattva
The evidence your buyersnow ask for.
Environmental data, chemical inventories, incident records, policies and grievance logs — held in one system, against dates, in a form somebody can be shown rather than assembled the week an audit is announced.
Sattva is a partner product. Diverzent deploys and supports it.
What changed
Compliance stopped being a certificate and became a record.
It used to be enough to hold the certificate. Increasingly a buyer wants the working underneath it — energy and water figures by month, the chemical inventory with current safety data sheets, what happened after the last incident and whether the corrective action was actually closed.
Most factories can produce all of it. They produce it from folders, spreadsheets and three people’s memories, in the fortnight before an audit, and then do it again from the beginning for the next buyer with a different framework.
The cost is not the compliance. It is that the record is rebuilt every time instead of being kept.
The audit is not the work. Reconstructing a year of evidence in a fortnight is the work.
The modules
What it keeps.
Six areas, each of which currently lives in somebody’s folder. A factory usually starts with the one its largest buyer asks about first.
- Sustainability reporting
- Activities, commitments, certificates and reports in one place, structured so the same underlying data answers more than one buyer’s framework.
- Environment
- Energy, water, waste, waste water and air emissions recorded against dates and targets, so a trend exists rather than a set of annual snapshots.
- Chemical management
- A chemical inventory with its safety data sheets attached and an approval step before something new comes on site. The sheet is findable by the people who need it, at the moment they need it.
- Accident and incident
- Incidents logged where they happen, with root cause, corrective action and whether that action was closed — an auditable record rather than an account written afterwards.
- Documents and policies
- Legal documents, policies and procedures held centrally with review and renewal dates tracked, so an expiry is noticed before somebody else notices it.
- Social and workforce
- Grievances, engagement, attrition and survey results, kept as a record that shows whether a raised issue was answered.
Bring us your last audit.
The most useful first conversation is about the evidence a buyer asked you for most recently, and how long it took to produce. We will show you what holding it continuously looks like instead.
