Enterprise software for apparel and textiles
We build for one industry.Yours.
Diverzent builds and deploys software for apparel and textile manufacturers — integrated across the chain, and designed around how a factory actually runs.
Groups across Bangladesh, Vietnam and the region run their production on it every day.
Our clients
The floors already running on it.
Manufacturers across Bangladesh running Diverzent software, or platforms we deploy and support. Some of what they run we build ourselves; the rest we implement, integrate and maintain.
Why this is hard
A factory does not run on one system. It runs on eleven.
Orders live in the ERP. The plan lives in a spreadsheet on the planning head’s laptop. Cutting keeps its own book, the sewing floor keeps another, and compliance keeps a third for the auditor. Every one of them is accurate on the morning it is written.
The cost is not the software. It is the reconciliation — the Sunday evening spent making two numbers agree, the order that shipped late because the fabric date lived somewhere nobody was looking, the report that reached the managing director a week after it could have changed anything.
Software written for manufacturing in general does not solve this, because it does not know what a style is, what a line is, or why a marker matters. Software written for apparel does. That is the only kind we build.
The systems are not the problem. The distance between them is.

How we work
What a deployment with us looks like.
The software is the easy half. What decides whether a system is still being used in three years is everything around it.
- Cloud-native, not cloud-hosted
- Built for the browser from the start rather than an on-site product moved to a server. Any modern browser, no client install, no version drift between factories.
- Integrated across the chain
- Planning, execution, procurement and reporting read the same data. A number that appears in two places comes from one place.
- Built around how a factory runs
- Styles, lines, markers, bundles, SMV. The vocabulary of the product is the vocabulary of the floor, which is why planners adopt it rather than tolerate it.
- Deployed by people who have done it before
- Two decades of apparel deployment across the team. The integration question gets answered from experience rather than from a datasheet.
ProactivePlan
The part a spreadsheet cannot do.
A planning sheet holds one plan. Changing it means changing it — and finding out on the floor whether the change was worth making. This is the alternative: move the whole plan, see what it costs and what it earns, and commit it only if the answer is better than the plan you are running.

Every plan is carrying something.
Late work on one line, a line starved behind it, and a gap nobody has filled. None of it is hidden. It is simply spread across enough systems that no one is looking at all of it at once.
A representation of the planning board, not a screenshot. It carries no data: strip widths show how a horizon is committed, the colours are the states the application uses, and the contribution bar is relative with no figure attached. The real board carries your orders, and that is what a demonstration is for.
What we build
One suite, across the whole chain.
From the order landing to the container leaving, and the reporting that tells you what it earned. Some of it we build. The rest we deploy, support and integrate.

Bring us a month of your own order book.
The most useful first conversation is not a presentation. Bring real orders and we will plan them next to your current plan, and show you the difference before you commit anything.
