Book a demonstration
Bring your order book.We will run the arithmetic.
The first conversation is more useful when it is about your operation than about our software. Send a month of real data ahead of the session and we will plan against it.
What to expect
Thirty to sixty minutes, no deck.
Bring whoever owns the plan. The session is more valuable with your planning head in the room than without.
- Before the session
- Send one month of orders — styles, quantities, SMV, ship dates and your line list. A spreadsheet is fine. We load it so the session runs on your data, not a demo dataset.
- During the session
- We build a plan under your constraints, then change the policy and build another. You see both financial outcomes side by side, and you decide which one you would have committed.
- What we will ask you
- Your current efficiency and utilisation, how overtime is authorised, and where your plan is divided between units. These are the three places the gap usually hides.
- After the session
- A written summary of what we found in your data, whether or not it leads anywhere. If the number is small, we will tell you that.
Before you book
Practical questions.
Do I need to send data first?
No, but the session is substantially more useful if you do. Without your data we demonstrate on a sample operation, which shows how the system works but tells you nothing about your own gap.
Who should attend?
Whoever owns the plan — a head of planning or planning director — plus whoever owns the number, usually the MD, COO or finance. One session with both is worth more than two separate ones.
Is our data safe?
Data sent for a demonstration is held in a separate environment, used only for that session, and deleted on request. We will sign an NDA before you send anything if you prefer.
How quickly do you respond?
Within one working day, in your time zone.
