Deployed with our partners · Microsoft Power BI

One number.One source.

Reporting built on Microsoft Power BI, reading from the systems you already run. The work is not the dashboard — it is deciding which figure is the true one when three systems disagree, and that is the part we do.

Power BI is a Microsoft product. Diverzent builds and maintains what runs on it.

Why dashboards fail

Nobody stopped using a dashboard because it was ugly.

They stop using it the first time it disagrees with a number somebody trusts more. Efficiency reads 62 on the screen and 68 in the production meeting, nobody can say which is right within the hour, and from that morning the screen is decoration.

That is almost never a reporting problem. It is that two systems define the same word differently — what counts as a working minute, whether reworks are output, when an order is closed — and the report inherited one definition without saying so.

Most of a reporting engagement with us is spent settling those definitions with the people who will be held to them. The dashboard is what is left over once that is agreed, and it is the easy part.

A dashboard is only worth what its worst-defined number is worth.

What we do

From your systems, not beside them.

Reporting that reads from the systems of record, so the report and the system cannot drift apart.

Definitions first
Before anything is built, we agree what each figure means and which system owns it — in writing, with the people who will be measured on it.
Connected to what you run
Power BI reads from the ERP, the planning platform and the floor systems already in place. No parallel spreadsheet to maintain and no separate version of the truth.
Reporting for the board
The short view a managing director actually opens: order book, capacity commitment, on-time performance and contribution, at the level a board discusses them.
Reporting for the floor
The operational view underneath it — by line, by day, by style — so a number that looks wrong upstairs can be traced to where it came from.
Where people already are
Power BI distributes through Microsoft Teams and Excel, which is where most of this ends up being read regardless of what we build.
Maintained, not handed over
Reports rot when the underlying systems change. Ours are maintained as part of the support arrangement rather than delivered and abandoned.

Tell us which number people argue about.

Every factory has one — the figure that is different in two systems and gets debated in the Monday meeting. Bring us that one and we will show you where the difference comes from.

We answer within one working day.
