Job Title: Solution Consultant – RMG Digital Solutions (Pre-Sales & Implementation)

Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client pain points and map their needs across merchandising, planning, production, and inventory.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and solution presentations to stakeholders up to decision-maker level.
- Provide cost and time estimates, support proposals, and help close deals.
- Lead implementation of the solution, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems.
- Train client teams and drive long-term adoption.
- Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with technical teams to resolve them.
- Gather client feedback and market insights to improve our products and services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in the RMG or software industry.
- Understanding of RMG process flows (merchandising, planning, production, inventory) is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to explain solutions to diverse stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and projects to deadline.
