Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the end-to-end sales process, focusing on solution-based selling strategies for RMG digital solutions.
- Understand client pain points, map their needs, and recommend tailored digital solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the RMG sector, including decision-makers in merchandising, planning, production, and inventory.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and propose solutions that align with client objectives.
- Create and manage a sales pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Provide clients with accurate cost and time estimates, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
- Stay updated on RMG industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities.
- Gather client feedback and market insights to improve products and services.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in solution selling, preferably within the RMG sector or similar industries.
- Strong understanding of RMG process flows, including merchandising, production, planning, and inventory management.
- Proven ability to drive sales and close deals in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex solutions to diverse stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to align solutions with client needs.
