Position Overview:
Diverzent is currently seeking two experienced ERP Solution Consultants to join our team in Bangladesh. The selected candidates will be responsible for implementing and supporting our flagship product, WFX ERP, for clients across various industries. They will collaborate closely with clients to understand their business requirements, configure the ERP system accordingly, and provide ongoing support to ensure successful implementation and user adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to analyze business requirements and recommend suitable solutions using WFX ERP.
Configure and customize the WFX ERP system to align with client’s business processes and objectives.
Conduct system testing, user training, and provide post-implementation support to ensure smooth transition and user adoption.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including project managers, developers, and business analysts to deliver high-quality solutions within defined timelines and budgets.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in ERP implementation and technology to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting assistance to resolve complex issues and optimize system performance.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements.
Document system configurations, user manuals, and training materials to facilitate knowledge transfer and support future implementations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Industrial & Production Engineering, Textile Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in ERP implementation, configuration, and support, with expertise in WFX ERP or similar ERP solutions.
Textile & RMG process knowledge is required.
Proficiency in WFX ERP software is essential; experience with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent ERP systems is advantageous.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
Proven track record of delivering successful ERP projects on time and within budget.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Certification in ERP systems or related technologies is a plus.
