Job Title: Implementation Consultant – Digital Solutions for RMG

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with RMG clients to map their business processes and identify areas for digital transformation.
- Lead the implementation of digital solutions tailored to the RMG sector, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Work closely with client teams in merchandising, planning, production, and inventory departments to ensure optimal solution adoption.
- Provide training and support to client teams on implemented solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve implementation challenges effectively.
- Gather client feedback to enhance the performance and usability of the solutions.
- Document project progress, milestones, and lessons learned for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Textile, or related field preferred).
- Experience: 3-4 years of hands-on experience in the RMG industry with a strong understanding of RMG processes.
- Preferred Skills: Prior experience with software implementation projects in the RMG sector.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
